.NET / SQL Database Programmer
Location: San Diego, CA (On-site only – no remote work available)

We are a well-established sign manufacturing and installation company based in San Diego, providing custom signage solutions to both local and national retail clients. As our business continues to grow, we are investing in modernizing our internal systems and are seeking a skilled .NET / SQL Database Programmer to play a key role in that effort.
What You’ll Do:
In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain database-driven applications that support our day-to-day operations. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency, reporting, and system integrations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and maintain applications using C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, and .NET (Framework/Core).
- Migrate and redesign reports from Crystal Reports to SSRS.
- Design, optimize, and maintain SQL Server databases, including stored procedures, views, and queries.
- Support and enhance internal systems for production tracking, inventory, order management, and scheduling.
- Troubleshoot and resolve database performance issues.
- Improve and maintain ETL processes and data workflows.
- Create and maintain reports and data extracts for business operations.
- Collaborate with operations, design teams, and external partners on system enhancements and integrations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong experience with .NET development (C# and/or VB.NET).
- Solid expertise in SQL Server, including performance tuning and query optimization.
- Experience with reporting tools (SSRS preferred; Crystal Reports experience a plus).
- Familiarity with ETL processes and data integration.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $80,000 – $110,000 annually (based on experience).

Work Environment:
- This is a fully in-office, in-house position based in San Diego, CA.
- Remote work is not available for this role.
